A clean, and very well inventoried and managed facility where you are respected, honoured, and taken care of from first contact..my experience saw me through Dora, Jason, Lee, and Roy, with a quick visit with Jason at the front counter to help me hold up my part of the bargain. There is a difference between a sale, and a collaborative relationship where we work with each other together to the best benefit of each other. Here, I found this. You can too.

Everything about my time dealing with Markville Chevrolet deserves 5 stars. For starters, I inquired about a vehicle via email and received an email back very quickly giving me details and information about the vehicle I asked about. I had multiple questions and all were answered very respectfully and quickly. I Also had to make changes to my appointment to fit my schedule and the people at Markville Chevrolet made it work for them. When I went into the dealership for the first time, I was greeted very politely by everyone who was there and got to test drive my vehicle within a couple minutes of asking. After I had bought my new car I asked if they could deliver it to me and they did (1.5 hour drive away) which is something that was very nice. I had also been driving my car for about a week and noticed that there was a piece missing inside the cabin and I asked for them to ship it out and they did quickly. There was also no second key for my car and they said they would but one for me and pay for it to be paired anywhere I would like. I got it paired where I live and they sent a cheque for the amount it was. I would recommend Markville Chevrolet to anyone in the area and even slightly further away to meet with everyone in there
